Our History
Normolde was founded
The company
The company was reformulated in 2000, and came to be owned jointly by two partners: Guilherme Santos and Neusa Santos, who still own the company today.
Normolde acquired its own installations
Normolde was relocated several times as its need for space grew and grew, until it was finally able to acquire its own facilities in the Casal da Lebre Industrial Area in Marinha Grande – a covered area of 515 m².
The size of the production area was increased
In 2012, Normolde began a project to expand its facilities by more than 634 m², which would result in a total covered area of 1,150 m².
Investment Project
With the increase in the production area, Normolde felt the need to invest in new technologies and drew up a contract for its 1st Investment Project – Project no.33245 (SI-Innovation). The project has already been concluded and is awaiting final evaluation.

After an implementation and training process that took about a year, Normolde received a Quality and Health and Safety at Work certification, certifying that it adheres to respective norms: NP EN ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007
